E-Filing in Westchester
Through this website, attorneys can file court documents from the convenience of their office or any place with an internet connection 24 hours/day, 365 days/year. Electronically filed documents are automatically processed via e-mail. If an attorney pays with a credit card at the time of e-filing, the file date of the document is the time of transmission. It is free to use the system, however, standard filing fees must be paid.
