WCBA Virtual Office
Are you a solo practitioner who needs a virtual law office in Westchester? Are you working remotely already but don’t want to use your home address for your practice?
As a WCBA Member, you may already participate in our committees, attend CLEs, webinars or other networking events, and take part in our Lawyer Referral Service.
Now you can complete the picture by having a virtual office at the WCBA as well. The WCBA is uniquely positioned to offer its members so much more than just a “mail drop” or street address.

Monthly Coworking subscriptions include:

Mail Services

Provide your clients with a personal White Plains address: “The Law Firm of XXX, 4 Westchester Park Drive, Suite 155, White Plains”

Mail Acceptance Policy: Your mail and deliveries will be collected and retained for your pickup and can be retrieved by you Monday – Friday 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the WCBA offices. The WCBA will not accept any items exceeding 10lbs in weight, 18” in dimension, 1 cubic foot in volume, or if it contains dangerous, live, or perishable goods and shall be entitled in its absolute discretion to return uncollected items or refuse to accept any items or quantity of items it considers unreasonable or unlawful. Items of larger size will only be accepted upon mutual prior agreement. We will not hold unclaimed mail or packages for longer than 3 months.

Monthly Coworking
- $100 per month with access from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. weekdays (subject to availability. See calendar for programs and other closures). Prepay for 1 year and receive one free month ($1,100 instead of $1,200)
- Mail service can be added onto the monthly membership for $25 per month. Prepay your mail service for 1 year and receive one free month as well.

Conference Room Rental
Standard Member Rate: $125 for half-day rentals (under 4 hours) or $250 for full business day rentals
Virtual Office Member Rate: $100 for half-day rentals (under 4 hours) or $200 for full business day rentals
Non-Member Rate: $150 for half-day rentals (under 4 hours) or $300 for full business day rentals

By joining the Virtual Office Program (VOP) and participating in any or all of its services, the Westchester County Bar Association provides no guarantee that a non-resident attorney’s use of VOP satisfies the office requirement of New York Judiciary Law Section 470. Please make sure to independently consult relevant case law and ethics opinions, some of which contain fact-specific rulings about the use of the VOP.
