The Westchester County Bar Association ( the “WCBA”) Grievance Committee ( the “GC”) is comprised of attorneys appointed by the then WCBA President to operate the GC in conjunction with the WCBA.
What we do: Certain attorney grievance matters are referred to the WCBA GC from the 9th Judicial District Grievance Committee to review and opine on whether an attorney has or has not violated the New York State Rules of Professional Conduct for attorneys.

All complaints regarding attorney misconduct must be initiated by submissions to the Grievance Committee for the 9th Judicial District.
