Part 36 Certified Training: Guardian, Court Evaluator and/or Attorney for Alleged Incapacitated Person

Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law requires that persons wishing to serve as Guardians, Court Evaluators or Attorneys for the Alleged Incapacitated Person receive training approved by the Office of Court Administration (OCA). This approved training program covers all the topics required by OCA, which will allow you to then enroll on the Part 36 list to receive court appointments.
