This program will explore the newly legalized industry for the adult-use of cannabis in New York. Additionally, there will be a presentation on practical considerations for real estate attorneys who are engaged in transactions with legal cannabis businesses, zoning and land use issues involving such businesses and ethical issues arising from an attorney’s representation of a legal cannabis business in New York.
