WP based law firm seeking attorney admitted in NY with 5-10+ years of experience handling personal injury cases, either Plaintiff or Defense. Must have experience managing case files, writing motions, and conducting depositions. Experience drafting Appeals, Surrogates Court Petitions and ICO Settlement Petitions is a plus. Documented trial experience a plus, but not required.
