This program will discuss the following:

  1. New rules for the Westchester County grievance Committee
  2. The new proposed changes to the New York Rules of Professional Conduct
  3. Rules on Conflict of Interest
  4. Does violation of Ethic Rules prevent collection of attorneys’ legal fees
  5. How do you respond when a client says: “You can’t tell anyone what I tell you, right?”
  6. New Rules on legal advertising from the ABA; 6) Retainer requirements including contingency fees cases and minimum fees
  7. And other current issues
