WCBA Business and Commercial  Law Committee and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee Presents  Recognizing and Managing Implicit Bias in Business Negotiations

Human beings have unconscious biases that impact our decision-making.  This affects not only how we negotiate, but who we negotiate with in business. As lawyers, investing the time to become aware of our implicit biases can help us become more effective counsel.  Attendees will get an opportunity through lecture and brief role play to learn how to recognize and address these biases in the negotiating process.
