Construction Access Licenses: Drafting Agreements and Handling Disputes

This lunchtime virtual presentation will focus on the drafting of construction access license agreements, and the impact of court imposed licenses pursuant to RPAPL Section 881. The presenters will discuss the key terms of access license agreements, including sample clauses.  The presentation will also address the legal and practical considerations when representing either the builder/developer or the affected adjoining property owner in negotiations.
