New Uniform Rules for Supreme and County Courts: The Implementation

This course will review the changes Administrative Order 270/20 makes to the Uniform Rules and will discuss how these changes are being implemented by the courts. These changes, effective February 1st, affect appearances, conferences, communications with the court, filing of papers, discovery, interrogatories, privilege logs, depositions, TROs, orders to show cause, motions, oral argument, trial and pretrial practice and more.
