INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE
The Intellectual Property and Technology Committee acts as a conduit for practical and useful information regarding technology law. We seek to educate our colleagues on related issues including, for example, complex patent infringement, web site development agreements, and privacy issues.
One of the purposes of the Intellectual Property, Computer and Telecommunications Law Committee is to educate our colleagues on intellectual property law and issues, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, Internet law and related licenses.
The Committee is interested in presenting joint CLEs with other WCBA committees on topics that intersect intellectual property issues with other legal issues and invites other WCBA committees to contact its Chairpersons to discuss this in more detail.
The Committee plans to have a roundtable breakfast meeting among its members and will be continuing these meetings on a regular basis to discuss hot topics in intellectual property law and upcoming Committee activities.
The Committee welcomes new members to join and to contribute to this year’s exciting agenda.
