HEALTH LAW COMMITTEE
The Health Law Committee considers legal issues impacting health care, hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, other providers and consumers. The Committee is committed to organizing professional and public education programs on health law and ethical issues targeted for the legal community, the medical community, and the public-at-large. The Committee also provides a forum in which attorneys specializing in or interested in health law can meet, exchange ideas, and improve their knowledge and skills. The Committee further strives to make recommendations on health law and policy; to advance the interdisciplinary work of the bar with other disciplines involved in health law; to examine and pursue improvements in health law, regulations and procedure; and to disseminate information and publish relevant articles with respect to health law and related issues.
